Biollante from the first Heisei Godzilla film. I had this figure signed by the lead actress who played Miki Saegusa in the film, Megumi Odaka. I have video proof of the signing available upon request. I have never seen another one of these signed by the main actress ever. This figure is already hard to find. This may be the only one to exist with the signature.
